1903-2003 A Flight Odyssey or From Bike to Flight

An interdisciplinary thematic study of flight for middle school. The invention of flight had a dramatic impact on civilization and how humans interact with each other. From moving and people to animals and weapons, the invention of flight has had many dramatic impacts on all aspects of ever day. This unit is designed to celebrate how the invention of flight changed the world that the Wright brothers lived in and how flight continues to change the world we live in.
